By accessing this service, you warrant that you are a Trust Bank customer. This service grants you access to all the functions included in the Mobile Banking Application Services through the use of your password and/or PIN. Your password and PIN are used to give instructions and initiate transactions on your account. Do not disclose your password or PIN to anybody. If your password or PIN becomes known to a third party, you must immediately change it.

If your password or PIN is forgotten you must reset them immediately. You must understand that giving out your password/PIN shall be sufficient confirmation of the authenticity of any instruction(s) given or transaction(s) initiated through your account. Therefore, Trust Bank will assume that any instruction(s) given with your password/PIN is deemed to be originating from you.

This means that we will not be responsible for any fraudulent, duplicate or erroneous instruction(s) given to us or any such transaction(s) initiated by means of your password/PIN. Also note that we shall not be liable for complying with instructions given with your password/PIN if it is disclosed to a third party. We will not be liable for any failure to provide the service or to comply with these terms and conditions for any cause that is beyond our reasonable control.
